I want to make this journey as straightforward as possible for you. You can rest assured that the process is simple.
Follow a few easy steps, listed below, then sit back and await the arrival of your very sentimental jewellery.
I assure you that your Memoria will be treated with the utmost dignity and respect throughout the manufacturing process.

Our Process
Step 1
Choosing your design & placing your order
Browse the website and choose a design that best suits your individual style. You'll know straight away when you see something that is meant for you.
Place your order online by following the simple, step by step instructions, ensuring you have filled in all the relevant information boxes, and provided accurate measurements for chains or ring sizes.
*This is very important, as mistakes cannot be rectified once ordered.
If you are unsure about ordering online, you can simply choose to email me with your inquiry, or text me via WhatsApp. I also offer 1:1 personal consultations, for those who live locally, and facetime appointments for those who are unable to travel.
I am always here to help and understand the value of the personal touch.
Once you have placed your order, I will send you a Memoria collection order pack. All instructions are easy to follow.
Please allow 5-7 working days for this pack to arrive.
Step 2
Receiving & completing your Memoria pack
Once your pack has arrived you will need to complete the confirmation order form.
Please take time to complete this form carefully, and make sure all Memoria is clearly labelled with your loved one's name.
Place the completed form, and any Memoria you wish to use in the relevant package.
Post the package back to me using the
prepaid, self-addressed envelope which I have provided for you.
I will inform you via text or email once your loved one's Memoria has been safely received
Step 3
Sit back and await the arrival of your very sentimental jewellery

I will inform you via text or email when your order is complete and ready to post.
Any remaining Memoria will be included in your gift package.
All items are posted using Royal Mail Special Delivery. This service is both efficient, secure and fully insured.
I hope that you will be happy with the jewellery that I have lovingly created for you, and you wear it, as it was made, with passion and pride!
