Your loved one's Memoria is lovingly encased in a coloured resin of your choice.
To enhance the look of the jewellery we also add a combination of inclusions such as glitter, opal chips, gold/silver leaf or a combination of all three items. (The combination we use is at our discretion.)
If you would like these added to your jewellery, simply click on the Yes option in the dropdown menu.
If you DO NOT want any of these inclusions added to your jewellery, and would simply like the coloured resin only, then click NO on the dropdown menu option.
Please note that due to the personal nature of these items, memorial jewellery is non-refundable. This does not affect your statutory rights
However, if you are dissatisfied with an item that you have received, we will work closely with you to ensure complete satisfaction by resolving any issues you may have.
Please note that it is your responsibility to provide an accurate ring size, bangle/bracelet measurement when ordering as rings/bangles/bracelets can not be resized once purchased.
All items will be shipped in a Cherie Amour Designs postal box. Initially you will receive a Memoria collection box within 3-5 working days of placing your order. Contents of the box you receive will vary according to the list below.

Memoria collection box
This box will contain detailed instructions on how to collect your ashes, hair, fabric. Fingerprint, etc
Included for ashes/hair/fur/fabric jewellery only
A labelled pouch for adding the Memoria of the deceased
1 x spoon (ashes jewellery only)
1 x order form which must be completed accurately
1 x ring sizer (if required)
Included for moulded Fingerprint jewellery only
Full instructions on how to take a mould of the print
Two different colour silicon putty, 1x blue, 1x white which need to be mixed together
A labelled pouch to include the hardened fingerprint
1 x ring sizer (if required)
1 x order form (which must be completed accurately)
Hand and footprint jewellery or Laser fingerprint jewellery
A sheet of card to take the prints

An ink wipe swab (Non toxic and completely harmless, similar to a wet wipe)
An A4 envelope to include the completed prints

Finished Jewellery ready for shipping
A jewellery box containing your very precious jewellery
A Cherie Amour gift bag and ribbon
A certificate stating the name of the deceased and and the date the Memoria was added to the jewellery
Care instructions, detailing the best way to care for your jewellery
A polishing cloth, so you may maintain your jewelleries lustre
A pouch containing any remaining Memoria - ashes, hair, fabric, preserved breastmilk, fingerprint mould. *Please note digital images will not be returned but kept for a three year period in case more items are required.
ALL ITEMS ARE SHIPPED VIA ROYAL MAIL SPECIAL DELIVERY AND WILL REQUIRE A SIGNATURE UPON RECIEPT
All jewellery items will be fully insured.
*Please allow 3 to 5 working days for receipt of your Memoria collection box, and 4 to 6 weeks for manufacture and delivery of standard jewellery designs. Bespoke items will take longer, and may vary depending on design. Completion time will be confirmed during the design and manufacturing process.

All items are handcrafted with passion and pride with a dedication to craftmanship and quality. I work alone which provides that personal touch. However, I am only human. Please allow a minimum manufacturing time of 4 to 6 weeks for standard orders to be completed.
If you require a bespoke item, custom made, or you would prefer your design completed in a different metal such as 9ct, rose or white gold, please allow a completion time of 12 to 14 weeks for the design and manufacturing process. Obviously, I will try my hardest to deliver your precious jewellery as quickly as possible and will keep you fully informed, via email or text, of how your order is progressing. Regards, Cheryl x
